1. Introduction

This Intellectual Property Policy ("IP Policy") governs the intellectual property rights and obligations applicable to all Users of the platform operated by SYNTRIX NEXUS LTD ("Company"), registered number 17119014, 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England, United Kingdom, at https://exxo.store. It forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Company's Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform and its content — including trademarks, logos, domain names, graphical elements, user interface design, text, databases, source code, and editorial content — are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. The trading name exxo.store and associated branding are protected under the Trade Marks Act 1994 and applicable international trade mark law. Unauthorised use of the Company's marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trade mark infringement and passing off.

2.2 User Licence

Subject to compliance with the Terms and Conditions and this IP Policy, the Company grants each User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial browsing and purchasing. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

3. Third-Party Intellectual Property Digital Products

Digital Products are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective publishers, developers, and rights holders. Purchase of a Digital Product grants a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the content under the applicable EULA and Third-Party Platform terms. The Company does not acquire ownership of any third-party intellectual property and accepts no responsibility for the scope, duration, or enforceability of third-party licences.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trade mark, or proprietary notice on the Platform or any Digital Product.
  • Reproducing, publishing, broadcasting, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation from the Company.
  • Systematically extracting or re-utilising substantial portions of Platform data.
  • Using the Company's trade marks, trading name, logos, or branding in a manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
  • Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation.
  • Commercially redistributing or sub-licensing any Digital Product in breach of its applicable EULA.

5. IP Infringement Notices

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to [email protected] containing: your full name and contact details; a description of the intellectual property right claimed; identification of the allegedly infringing content and its location on the Platform; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law; and confirmation of your authority to submit the notice. The Company will investigate all credible notices and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the relevant content.

6. User-Generated Content

Where the Platform permits user submissions (including reviews or feedback), you warrant that you own the submitted content or have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this IP Policy may result in immediate Account termination, removal of infringing content from the Platform, and the initiation of civil proceedings. The Company is entitled to seek all remedies available under English law, including injunctive relief and an account of profits.

8. Governing Law

This IP Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
