Yes. Every key sold on exxo.store is an authorized retail key, sourced through publisher-approved distributors. The platform (Steam, Epic, etc.) verifies the key at activation; if it ever fails verification, we issue a replacement or refund within 24 hours.

Most orders deliver in under 14 seconds. The key shows up in MY VAULT and lands in your email almost simultaneously. A small fraction of orders — usually first-time buyers above €80 — go through a manual verification step that takes up to 30 minutes. Card not yet charged during that step.

Yes, in specific cases. If a key fails to activate or was already redeemed before you received it, report within 72 hours and we replace or refund. If the listing mis-described the platform, region or edition, you have 14 days to claim. Before you click “Reveal” you keep the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under UK consumer law (CCR 2013 reg. 36); revealing the key waives that right because you’ve taken delivery of the digital content. Publishers set different launch prices in different regions; our network of distributors sources keys at wholesale, then we sell them globally. The savings are real and entirely legal — these are licensed retail keys, identical to what you’d buy on the publisher store.

Every key is yours to forward — the receipt lands in your email and the key sits in MY VAULT until you reveal it. Many customers buy a key and forward the email straight to a friend. The first person to redeem it on the platform owns the game.
