Key Revocation Policy

1. Purpose

This Key Revocation Policy ("Policy") explains the rights of third-party platform operators and publishers in relation to digital game keys sold through the exxo.store platform operated by SYNTRIX NEXUS LTD ("Company"), registered number 17119014, 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England, United Kingdom, and sets out the remedies available to you where a key is revoked. Please read this Policy before purchasing. All purchases of Digital Products are subject to this Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, all capitalised terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Digital Game Keys

Digital game keys sold through the Platform are activation codes that grant the holder access to software or digital content on an independent Third-Party Platform (such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation Network, Nintendo eShop, Epic Games, EA App, Battle.net, or GOG.com). The Company acts as a reseller of Digital Products sourced from authorised distributors and publishers. The Company does not operate any Third-Party Platform and is not a party to the EULA or terms of service of any Third-Party Platform.

Once a code is delivered, the Company cannot retrieve, deactivate, or modify it, and cannot verify whether it has been viewed, copied, or activated by the recipient. Use of improperly activated or region-circumvented keys may result in account suspension by the Third-Party Platform, for which the Company bears no responsibility

The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery, suspend Accounts, or request verification where fraud is suspected.

Digital keys are single-use and must not be resold or redistributed.

3. Publisher and Platform Right to Revoke

Third-Party Platform operators and publishers retain the right to revoke, deactivate, or invalidate any digital key at any time if they determine it was: distributed contrary to their licencing terms; obtained through fraudulent means; part of a promotional batch not intended for commercial sale; activated outside its designated region; or otherwise invalid under their key management policies.

The Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure keys are legitimately sourced and conducts due diligence on all Suppliers. However, it cannot guarantee against revocation resulting from independent decisions by Third-Party Platform operators, and expressly disclaims any warranty to that effect.

4. Regional Activation Restrictions

Many Digital Products are region-locked and can only be activated in specified geographic regions. The applicable regional restriction is displayed on each product listing. It is your sole responsibility to verify regional compatibility before purchasing. The Company will not issue a refund where activation fails due to a regional mismatch that was disclosed in the listing, or where you have used a VPN or altered your platform account region to circumvent geographic controls.

5. Platform Compatibility

Digital Products are compatible only with the specific Third-Party Platform stated in the product listing. You are responsible for verifying platform compatibility, console generation, language version, and any base-game requirements before purchasing.

6. Remedies

Nothing in this Policy affects statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. How to Report an Issue

Email [email protected] with the subject "Key Issue – [Order Number]". Include your full name, registered email address, order reference number, product name, description of the problem, and a screenshot of any error message received from the Third-Party Platform. The Company will acknowledge within two (2) business hours and resolve within two (2) Business Days for standard claims, or up to ten (10) Business Days for revocation investigations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability in connection with key revocation is limited to a replacement key or a refund of the purchase price of the specific affected product. The Company is not liable for any consequential loss including loss of game progress, in-game items, achievements, or any other indirect loss arising from revocation.
