1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of the platform operated by SYNTRIX NEXUS LTD ("Company"), registered number 17119014, 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, England, United Kingdom, at https://exxo.store. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions and applies to all Users, Account holders, and visitors of the Platform. Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, all capitalised terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.
2. Permitted Use
Users may access and use the Platform solely to browse product listings and purchase Digital Products for their own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and this AUP.
3. Prohibited Conduct – General
- Violating any applicable law or regulation of the United Kingdom or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company, its Suppliers, or any third party.
- Collecting or processing personal data of other Platform users without lawful authority.
- Harassing, abusing, or intimidating any person.
- Impersonating any individual, entity, or organisation.
- Distributing unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
4. Prohibited Conduct – Technical
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or web crawlers to access or extract data from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or administrative systems.
- Introducing malicious code, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful software.
- Probing, scanning, or testing Platform vulnerabilities without express written authorisation.
- Conducting distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) or other cyberattacks against the Platform.
- Reverse engineering or decompiling any component of the Platform.
- Circumventing any security, authentication, geographic restriction, or fraud prevention measure.
5. Prohibited Conduct – Commercial and Financial
- Purchasing Digital Products for unauthorised resale or commercial redistribution.
- Bulk purchasing or creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of arbitrage or commercial resale.
- Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks in respect of validly delivered Digital Products.
- Circumventing any sanctions regime to which the Company is subject.
6. Account Misuse
- Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent Account-level restrictions or purchase limits.
- Sharing Account credentials with third parties or permitting third parties to use your Account.
- Accessing another person's Account without their authorisation.
- Providing false or fraudulent information at registration or during Order placement.
7. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in: a formal written warning; Account suspension or termination; cancellation of outstanding Orders; blocking of access by IP address or device identifier; reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and civil or criminal legal proceedings. The Company will give reasonable notice of enforcement action where practicable and where doing so does not conflict with its legal obligations.
8. Reporting Violations
Users who become aware of any activity that violates this AUP are encouraged to report it to [email protected]. The Company will investigate all credible reports.
9. Updates
This AUP may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
